1. How quickly can you respond to my question?

We respond to inquiries in the order they are received. Most emails are answered within 24 business hours during our support window (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST).

2. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please email us immediately at info@modoir.com with your name and order number. We will do our best to update it, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the processing or shipping phase.

3. How long is the processing period?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing the following business day.

4. How long does shipping take?

After processing, standard shipping within the United States usually takes 5–8 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.

5. Will my order arrive in one package?

Depending on the size and contents of your order, items may occasionally arrive in multiple packages. If this happens, we will provide tracking numbers for each shipment.

6. What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date. If restocking is expected to take longer than 2 weeks, we will automatically issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).

7. I received a damaged or missing item. What should I do?

We are so sorry for the trouble! Please email us at info@modoir.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, name, and clear photos of the damaged product or packaging so we can resolve this for you promptly.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests are only possible before your order has been processed or shipped. Because we aim to ship quickly, please contact us immediately at info@modoir.com if you need to cancel.
